Sales Team

The SENSUS team will assist you and your team in selecting your telephone unit to ensure that its’ the correct model by understanding your applications and needs, strategies, financial criteria, network, and technical knowledge.

System Consultative Service

The sales staff will work with you and your team in developing a telephone solution that will address your needs and applications. The proposal will include any recommended infrastructure equipment to complement your telephone. The Sales team will continually evaluate your network environment and present recommendations as your company grows and your telephone needs evolves.

Technical Team

The trained technical team provides support service from installation and training to on-going support services. Select the support level appropriate for your needs.

First-year Telephone Unit Warranty
SENSUS will provide the first-year warranty support service, included in the purchase price.

The First year warranty includes:

  • Repair or replacement of faulty telephone unit
    Access to all manufacture software upgrades and updates
  • Installation support
    SENSUS team will work with you and your team in the deployment of the telephones units. We will be able to ensure that all connections, programming and operation are functioning.

The service includes:

  • Telephone unit programming
  • Network connections and testing
  • End-to-end testing
Advance Replacement

This service is best suited for situations where the use of the telephone unit is critical. In the event, the telephone unit fails during normal operation a replacement telephone unit is available for use during the repair period.

End-user Training

End-users training will increase your staff’s knowledge and use of the telephone.

The training session includes the following topics:

  • Basic telephone unit controls, settings and uses
  • Applications
  • Telephone unit features
  • Resolving basic troubles.
Support Services

Basic Telephone Support
This service is well suited for situations when basic support is all that is required to assist the site staff on resolving the basic telephone use troubles.

    Escalation and Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
