First, CTS organizes the meeting for you so all you have to do is show up to the room, sit down and start your meeting.  When your group has accomplished what needs to be done, the meeting ends and you leave followed up by us with an invoice of your time.  Having more people in the room further reduces the costs of the meeting without incurring any additional fees other than local transport to get to the room.
